Engineers from Infrastruct AMS attends the ultrasonic tomography master training in Switzerland.Ultrasonic Tomography Training Pic

Ultrasonic tomography is a modern non-destructive technique to determine the quality and condition of concrete elements with single-side access. The general measurement principle is to carry out a number of single measurements on a linear grid (x-direction) on one face and to generate an image from those measurements showing a cross section of the concrete element in the xz-plane.

Infrastruct AMS can offer this service to our clients and for more information on pulse-echo testing in concrete please contact Dr Thomas Callanan in Infrastruct Asset Management Services Limited.
